Constance (Connie) Marie Elligson (1942-2023) of Penticton, beloved wife of the late William (Bill) Henry Elligson, passed away peacefully August 3rd, just 2 days shy of her 81st Birthday.
Connie was born in Belleville, ON and grew up in the village of Point Anne on the Bay of Quinte. She was the first born of 5 children to Arthur and Pearl Genereux. Connie became a nurse and graduated from Stratford Nursing School. It was in …
